The room was comfortable, clean, and had excellent air conditioning. The receptionist was amazing and provided helpful recommendations. The location was convenient, with attractions within walking distance. Friendly staff and clean bathroom.

Location is convenient for visiting popular attractions such as Jonker Street and Dataran Pahlawan by walking or bike. Helpful staff provide local information and free toothbrushes. Clean rooms with comfortable beds, hot water and good air conditioning.

The staff was incredibly friendly and provided us with great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. we were pleasantly surprised to find hot and cold water stations and a vending machine in the lobby. the location was also key, as it was only a short walk to popular sights and landmarks in the area. Finally, we really enjoyed the clean and comfortable rooms, which had excellent air conditioning and clean amenities.

We had a great experience staying at this hotel. The receptionist was excellent, providing us with a list of recommended places to eat and sights to see. The room wasvery comfy and tidy, with excellent air conditioning and a convenient hot/cold water station. The location was also very good, with many attractions just a short walk away.

Had a great Xmas stay at this hotel! Friendly staff and clean, comfy room. Loved the location- close to famous areas and the hotel provided bikes. Plus, loved the hot/cold water stations and the toothbrush/toothpaste kit they gave us. a great value for what we paid.
The walls were not sound-proof and the room was noisy at times. , the TV only had one English channel and there was no minibar.
